Here, I am going to post my incense recipes, with reasons for the use of each herb / resin / whatever. I hope you all enjoy it!
Shielding Incense:
1 part Dragon's Blood (strengthens and protects)
2 parts Frankincense (strengthens, protects, and cleanses)
2 parts Patchouli (strengthens and protects)
1 part Sage (purifies)
1 part Sandalwood (purifies)
I blessed this incense the night that I made it which was during a new moon. I wrapped the container in a slip of paper on which I had inscribed runes for protection. I then charged the whole container and tied it up with a red ribbon to hold in the power. I left it on my shrine for the rest of the waxing moon, charging it every now and then. On the full moon I hid it away in a chest of supplies until it was time for the ritual.
